Call card

The call card will provide information about the contact/company from the call being made, as well as a list of transactions and tasks for that account.

Important: the call card receives additional information about the contact and related entities from CRM, which results in additional load on Kommo.

In Kommo the limit on the number of requests depends on the tariff of your account, the standard is 7 requests per second.

By default, the card is turned off in order not to increase the load on the API.

Number of additional API requests per card display:

                                N = 3 + 2X

, where X is associated with the contact (2 queries per transaction).

To enable the call card, you need to enable the "Show call card" checkbox in the widget settings.

To enable the call card, you need to enable the "Show call card" checkbox in the widget settings, configure and enable users to connect to the integration module using the WSS protocol.

Notifications must be enabled to work correctly:

  1. Notifications about events (notifications) of Kommo page in the browser.

  2. Notification by calls in your Kommo account (the screen shows the minimum required settings).

The call card will not be displayed if there is no contact or company associated with the call. This can happen if contact creation for new calls is disabled in the Connector. You can enable this option in the web interface of the Connector settings on the Business Logic page.

  1. The call card will not be displayed if there is no contact associated with the call. This can happen if the creation of contacts for new calls is disabled in the module. You can enable this option in the web interface of the administrator

In the current version, call card operation is not supported when creating an "unmapped" call. It is recommended to disable the call card display (otherwise it may be shown after the end of the call).
