How to view employee call statistics

The Telephony → Call details section allows you to generate reports on calls on employees and the company as a whole, indicating the direction and status of the call. You can also generate a report on a customer by selecting it in the list of entities. The report can be exported to Excel. When generating a report, you can add or remove the available parameters:

  • Call date. In the drop-down list, you can select the period of interest.

  • Call duration. You can specify the duration of the call in seconds.

  • A specific employee or company as a whole.

  • Call status (successful / unsuccessful).

  • Call type (incoming / outgoing).

  • CRM (lead / company / contact).
